Donation did'nt work...

Hello actually I don't Play the game but I made a Donation (50$) via GiroPay for a friend of mine, since he has no online banking.
The payment was successful everything went well but the account has not recieved any "Coins". Ive made a few donations for him in the past and never had any Problems. I couldnt find another option to reach out to someone who could take care of my Problem so i created this account and trying it this way. Looking forward, guess we can find a solution.
