The game client don't start

Hi!
I have a problem with starting the game. Whenever I press the strart in the game client the game just don't start. After that I get a dump file in the dump folders. I even tried to run it as an administrator, but nothing happened. Does anybody have any idea how can I fix this issue? Also I have windows 10 operation system if that matters.

Hello,

Make sure you ahve installed and updated the client. makes ure that OriginLib.dll is present on your game folder. also try to disable your antivirus and run it.

Thank you for your answer, ive done what you suggested, i reinstalled the client a few times but it still doesn t work, and i do not have any idea what is the problem.

completely uninstall the game and download the new installed uploaded a few minutes ago to the main website playorigin.com, install it and try again.

If it's still not working send us screenshots of the problem
