Skill gold time ticket inactive

Hi everyone

I bought a skill gold time ticket a while ago and it worked until today.
Suddenly the icon looks grey and the time on it is not running.
When I click on it there shows a window saying 'do you need to start ticket?' but when I click yes, nothing happens.
Just a '0' appears in the list on the right bottom of the screen.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Hello,

Click on the icon and start the ticket again, it will change colors.
