FGW Untradeable Cards

Hi,
so is there any way to get those Untradeable cards after you over lvled for the FGW ? (like hitting 71 for 61-70 FGW)?

Is it possible to Creat a new char on the same Acc, lvl it to lvl 61 and farm the Untradeable to place them into storage to activate on main?
