laucher play button don't show just if i use VPN

That was many days the launcher have a lag, the play button dont show, after i try with VPN and its work, but in login part that don't login... Please if their a solution without using vpn help me.

Hello,

You cant use VPN to play Origin.

Reinstall the game and add the Origin online to your antivirus and firewall exception list and try again.

Its disconnect just after the login :'(

I got th solution but let me talk about the reason of the problem first.

First of all i will talk about how my pc was connected with internet. I was connected with a wifi shared by my phone, after trying a lot of times with VPN and without it noticed that the problem come from the IP adress. what i did i try connect with a real wifi (which is not from mobile) andits work !!!
