Yes there are, The first box was moved to the last room to prevent abuse.

Hello the First Treasure box in the screenshot is not found and I did 9 runs in a row to the boss and didn't get any books so I Think there is an issue

As said in the last comment, the least box was moved to the last room to prevent abuse.
