Arena bug

I have a problem with Arena. I registered successfully and after that, the match is started without me. I saw a message "Match has been cancelled bucause the required number of participants has been not met." This is not true, other players near me are dissappeared at the same time, so the match has started. I don't know what is wrong. Im didn't wear job suit or pvp, and not talked with npc etc. This is happened with me several times, but sometimes I can participate without any problem.

Arena participants are matched in a 2v2 minimum. If you fall in an incomple matching group (2 vs 1) for example, then all 3 of those players will stay out of the match.

but for battle arena its like 10+ players per side and while some of us get that message others get in
