No puedo iniciar

Le doy star al launcher y no me carga nada, desactive el antivirus y tampoco, re-instale y nada.

Having the same issue here, i click on the start button and nothing happens, tried running as an admin and also in compatibility mode and nothing.

BTW im using win 7, does that have anything to do with the issue?

Ami también me pasa lo mismo, ya deshabilite el antivirus y reinstale como administrador como dicen en su pagina de facebook y sigue sin funcionar y esto ya lo he hecho dos veces.

My girlfriend has the same problem.
First, had the "debug" problem. Then, after add it as an exception at the Antivirus, it opens the launcher, but after clicking Start, button dissapears and nothing happens...

If anyone is having the issue (Start button disappears after clicking) try changing your resolution.

This will start the game in window mode. Which can help.

I've replace that file and tryed 12 different ressolutions with no success.

Main problem is that, after launcher and clicking Start. There is no ongoin task from sro running.
And, after closing launcher manualy, the sro_client start running in the background, but game does not start.
Tasks keep staying at the background one and another, so I have to force quit those.

I could try later to replace that file every time I change resolution, just in case it reset, or something.

Even when I have added SRO as an exception to FireWall and AntiVirus, I could try repeat the same process with all this shut down.

But yes, haven't work so far for me...

There are some very specific system configurations which have this problem 1-2%

We have tried to reproduce the issue to find a solution for it using several different machines, but it hasn't been possible yet.

Your best bet is try completely disabling your Antivirus, windows defender or related software
Download the latest installer from the website (was updated a few days ago). And install it as Administrator.
Try running in in compatibility mode with Windows XP or 7.


If you do get a solution for this, share it with the rest! ^^

2 hours later, trying a hundres posibilities con compatibility options and resultions and shit. Could not fix it.
