Hello,I thought there was a way if you got Nova gear to plus 7 at D11, you could upgrade it to D12 Nova plus 0. Is that still a thing? How does gear work at the top 2 degrees?

Hello,
There is no upgrade system from D11 to D12.
You can drop D12 items by grinding on the new areas.
