Request pin reset!! Help

Today i logged into my account and decided to change my PIN on character log in. now i relogged and the new Pin not working, either is the old PIN and ive been locked out twice. I dont have access to the email on my account anymore and im stuck. I cant find any option on the website to reset my PIN and I just want to play. please help!

If you've lost access to the email on the account then you've lost the ability to get or change the PIN.
