Hello,
I registered for Origin Online today. About 5 minutes after logging into the game , I keep getting a disconnection error continiously. My windows defender is turned off, internet connection is strong and stable, I have added Origin Online folder to the exclusion list in the virus protection settings. Can you please help me? I cant play the game right now. Best Regards...

Hello,

Can you send a screenshot of the disconnect error? You might be getting disconnected due to a forbidden tool being used.

Hello,

Something is blocking the connection to one of our game servers, this is why you get this notification. Try with a different connection such as Mobile, you can also try with a different PC or laptop to narrow down whats causing the issue.

I installed the Origin Online client on my other laptop. This laptop is an old device with no antivirus program and with Defender disabled. I still got disconnected about 5 minutes after entering the game. From this, I understood that the disconnection problem is not caused by my computer. Afterwards, I tried connecting via Wi-Fi instead of a LAN internet connection, but the result was the same.
I believe this issue may be specific to the Russia region. I just wanted to report my findings. At this point, I am stopping my attempts.

Hello,

We don't block any country from playing, the issue must come from your ISP then.

Hello, I'm a user from Russia. I'm having trouble connecting to the server, and I've found that I can add the server's IP to my exceptions, which should allow me to play the game. However, I'm not sure how to find the IP. This might help other users from Russia get back into the game.

Simply add OriginClient.exe to your firewall exceptions and it will allow any connection made by the game.
