Premium Gold Time doesn't work

Hi,

Premium gold exp. ticket doesn't work, it is grayed out and the counter doesn't move even in combat. I don't know exactly when this behaviour started, spotted by accidanet that it is gray and not working. Hopw to resolve this issue? Premium doesn't worth the money in this way.

Click the hand and activate the ticket again. It may take a few moments to reactivate after that.

Thanks for the quick reply, yes it solved the problem after a logout and activate it again, but it was really strange before.
