Hi, I have account ID XSKULL ,Char name inside II_ANUBIS its totally bugged since D12 update , I can not log in inside it but the other chars the alts I can easy only Anubis I cant when I press start the game Don't do anything and I can not press on cancel or even delete no button work , the game not freezes its moving but no button work I have to close it and open again to log in in other account or in alts , I tried unstuck character from the website it didn't work I really want u to fix this please and thank u .
