I was rushing back to get to the NPC in time and for whatever reason I think the game thought time somehow ran out and when I went to redeem rewards it didn't work because the Quest Item got contaminated, but now I can't redo the quest as it's not visible in the NPC dialogue. Is there any way to fix this?
