Can't login

Hello,

I downloaded the game and created an account on https://playorigin.com/
When I start the game, everything looks fine. When I enter my ID/PW and press enter, the game tells me 'password entry has failed'.
I am able to login with the same ID/PW at the website. Also, just to be sure, I changed my PW. How can I fix this?

The web password ia different from the game password.
