Help with coin charge

Hey,
I was trying to recharge my account and sent 25 USDT, but the required amount was 26 USDT, so the transaction failed due to a short payment.
I'm now in touch with CoinPayments, and they told me the transaction has expired and can only be reopened if the merchant requests it.
Could you please request for it to be reopened, so I can send the missing 1 USDT and complete the payment?

Hello,

Our checkout process doesn't allow to reopen a payment once it's expited.

Ask for a refund and start the purchase process again, this time sending the right amount
