Sorry for bothering you all about this issue, I am just old to understand some details.

The download links are seems clean, however virustotal shows some flags, and my windows defender blocked the process as the file contains .exe. So, is it full safe to download or it's always contain risks to download such files?

Those are called False positives. The files are safe to use. Allow the files to run to install the game and enjoy.
