SP Farming

Hey, I'm trying to understand what's the most efficient way of farming SP. In my head, its as follows:

- Do a Gap 9 until lvl 40~50
- Do FGW 61-70 (500k sp)

Is there anything else? I heard there are some quests in Alexandria that give 20k/30k sp daily and that these are repeatable? But I'm not sure. What's the smartest way to farm sp for a new char?
