When I try to login on my account (it's been a while, wanted to start playing again after a long break.)
It says I have to create a secondary PIN code, but the window doesn't appear at all! So I can't do anything at that point. I can't see my characters, just an empty pier.
I tried multiple times, but everytime it's the same issue. A friend can however login on his account on my computer and was able to create a PIN! How is that possible?
I couldn't add a screenshot of the situation unfortunately because the file is too big.
