My mother cannot play silkroad

HelloI installed Origin Silkroad for my mother to play in her spare time. She is not good at the game nor at computers.Until today, I would occasionally use chrome remote desktop to do stuff on her pc and/or help her debug problems.Since today, she is getting this error every 5-10minutes and kicks her out of the game.I would occasionally play with her, level together or do dungeons, but since i need to have these kind programs installed on my own pc(for work related topics), I cannot do that anymore.I removed the chrome remote desktop from her pc for now so that she can continue playing.Is there any way the program can remain installed on my mother pc so that I can continue assist her/use the pc as needed?Thank you.
