Disconnection issue

Hello,
I have a problem,5-10 mins after join appears an error "Disconnected from server. Please check your connection. The game client will now close."
I have tried difference ways to solve it, used WiFi connection, cable connection, deleted and reinstalled, but it didn't help.
My connection doesn't have any issues, would like to know how I can solve it. Thank you.

Hello,

That usually means that you are losing connection to one of our game servers. Make sure your connection is stable and not dropping at any time.

This could also mean that your Antivirus or firewall is blocking the connection. We suggest to add the Origin Online folder as an exception in your Antivirus and firewall settings to avoid such software to interrupt the connection to our servers.
