Game Crash after pressing select on character on login

hello, my game is crashing all the time when i just ttry to enter the game i redownloaded and am back to play but now i find out the game suddenly crashed when i start my char and just see town for a second then the game crashes i hope you can help me thanks

but its not smth with the character i just created a new account and it literally let me in game for 5 minutes then it crashed out

If its not something specific to a character then its something with your PC. Try to run the game in window mode and with lower graphics settings.
