I have bought a new clown avatar red (female) for 200 silk from item mall, and after buying I cannot trade it to my friend, it says: item is untradeble. Even not allow to place it to stall.

how can I refund it? after refund I would give the 200 silk to my friend to buy it for himself.

Sorry for me its realy bad experience about the game as a new player. Every dress or hat from event are Male gender that drops me. Even from stalls i can see only Male gender fairy dress that a new player can afford.
I don't know you will post it or not. But i'm not sure in this RNG i lost my hope...
