inbox for players in game to recieve messages

can we add inbox for players to receive messages when they are offline because some time people go for stall and they dont read the notes i leave in the stall chat .. maybe because they go offline with out checking or just close the game
and i cant pm the person if he is not logged on ! and he cant reply to me either when he come back , so it will be great if you add an inbox in the game

This function already exists in-game. Press U, go to community --> Msg Box.

The receiver will get a notification when they login back to the game.
