Playing on MAC via Virtual Machine

Hello everyone. I would like to play game from my Mac with Apple Silicon. I did some digging the only way to play game is available from Windows. I tried lots of ways to set up Windows virtually but at the end of day I always got the warning that the game can't be opened from Virtual Machine. Is there any way to play the game from various VM programs? If not I'm asking the GM that Apple is not more producing Intel chip computers. Will this game be available for Macs? Everyone switching to Macs slowly so I believe that it will cause problems in the future.

The game is for Windows only. The use of virtual machines is forbidden. This is not likely to change in the future.

What about making ports maybe available for apple silicon processors? So we won't need to download Virtual Machines and people still can't log multiple accounts via VM. We just wan't to play the game our Mac's without virtual machines.
