Is Bow Nerf?

Probably silly for asking this but is the basic bow attack nerf? It seems like it's taking 3 - 5 seconds in between when attacking monsters. I remember it begin a lot faster than this, or maybe I'm just so use to the fast action of high level PVP

There hasn't been any nerf to any build.

However today we added a fix for the auto attack feature (Double click on monster). Please note that there is an added cool down using a skill right after an using auto-attack (Double click on monster). We suggest yo select the monster then cast an skill to move faster.

Please reconsider checking this case, Basic attack is affected after new update, it's not working correctly since it takes more seconds to attack (tested without skill activation). I did say it's confirmed bug, I wonder what other ranged classes are affected ( crossbow? wiz?) needs to be tested.

ok im lvl nine and have 420 sp and think i am ready to move onto 10 and add my skill my question is do i add 5 to ice 1 to bow mastery? And also when do i add more points to my mastery after that? thx in advance
