Best chinese character for PVE ?

Hello everyone im new here, i played a bit of SRO long ago before the european class was introduced, i started playing origin a week ago out of nostalgia and im having a great time, my current character is a lvl 47 hybrid spear with armor (yikes), i didnt think i would get addicted again so i kinda ruined my STR/INT stats by giving 2 str and 1 int points every lvl and im thinking of starting over, my main goal is PVE and 1 star trading, im not interested in PVP at all, so my questions about starting a new character are :

1- Which weapon to pick ?
2- Armor, protector or garment?
3- How to distribute my stat points ?
4- What skills work best ?

and if you think i can still "save" my current character, how?

1) Spear (if you not good with micro, then sword and shield)
2) Garment (if you not good with micro, then protector or armor or mix)
3) All stats in int (full int build)
4) Nukes and shocks (also if you use sword and shield have knock down skills for others cant ks, who cant hit on the ground target)

Your lvl not so high for save him, but you can buy from item mall i think reset stats (if you have silks) and reset it.
