Ban appeal

Hiya,

Yesterday I set my computer to periodically press 4 for Orbit at a party for the first time. I got a 14 days ban as a result. I'm relatively new and wasn't aware that I'm not allowed to do that. I just thought its only bots that are forbidden. Entirely my bad. Is it possible to get a pass this time, please? Obviously now that I know, I won't do it again.

Well, its disappointing to see how inconsiderate you are given that I have never done this before and the importance of that rule was not so obvious to me until now, given that the link to the rules is not even in the website header's primary and as far as I have noticed, there is no ingame pop-up to stress the importance of thoroughly going through the rules but I guess there really is no excuse. That's fine, in return I shall adjust my Origin donation budget from £40 a week to £0 indefinitely since there is absolutely no excuse for you not to have an Apple pay option.

Please do, save your money and only donate if you feel like it. Payment options depend on country of residence, we do not have control over those.

It would be helpful for us to know which programs are allowed or not so we know what we can use or not .
Since there is only a Donation option and its not a Payment ur safe but we spend time we have Familys some people have children if they spend time in this Server which is a Long time server and there are much things to do and we are not in 1 day max lvled and geared then we need to know what Program we should run on our Pc and not so there is no way we can get a Auto Ban .
