Attendance event not give me the 21 day reward.

I have a total of 21 day's but when I got to collect the reward it doesn't let me get it. And no this isn't a case of I have already collected it. I have not, All my other characters have got the 21 day reward even one character that missed a day just like this has got the reward.

The 21 day prize is on the Continuity days or "Days in a row" column. Which means you didn't complete this goal because you skipped a day in between those 21 days that you accumulated in total.
