Halloween event boxes are not dropping

Hi All,

Week 2 has started but I have yet to see any SCARY letter event boxes drop. I have asked around and no one has been getting any letter event drops either. I have been killing mobs +40 and even in full pt's and nothing has been dropping. Is there a bug? Am I missing something?

They are dropping, just tested. The event letter drops are hard to rare.

Must be harder than the talismans lol. Can you test again, I have been at taxi for 3-4 hours and have not seen a single one.
