Hi im trying find help with my account, i just come back to silrkoad after 10 yeats. I find this server yesterday, today meanwhile i was lvl up in a party, in random moment got disconnect, then appear my account is blocked, cannot accesed to the game.

I dont know what i do wrong, i just want ask it is possbile recover my account.
