Smuggler Chao NPC Jangan - Jobs

Hi Team,
I can see on the map Smuggler Chao and I cannot find him in that location, Why?
is there any guidance for jobs? How to level or obtain any quests job related? I didint played more then 10 years and trying figure out if there is any updates. Sorry, I cannot somehow use the search tool.

It looks like that NPC doesn't exist in the game yet. The map npc location is taken from a more modern version of the game. Discard it.

Press "H" for the in-game Guide.
