Buying silk with crypto

Hello.

Does anybody else having problem buying silk with crypto? Few days ago, I've tried to buy silk with bitcoin, but website crashed and now website shows that my balance is too low to buy silk with bitcoin. But when I log in to coinpayments.com I see that I got refund, everything is okay, but still cannot use it through epin.playorigin.com.
I thought it was a temporary problem and everything will be fixed after the weekend.

So, I've tried to buy silk with LTC, but My balance was to low and epin.playorigin.com got only partly funds. I have added missing LTC with my credit card and guess what website crashed again. This time they haven't refunded me so probably I will have to make a claim at coinpayment.com

Does anybody else have similar problems?
