How to get jewel boxes

Hey there. It might sound dumb, but I see lots of players that have jewel boxes dropped from mobs but I havent got one so far. Is there a minimum level requierment for them?

Yes, Level 40+ monsters will drop them.

you have to be level 40 to start getting drops
