unjustified ban

my account got banned for sending a global that said ''because you buy accounts'' to some specific players and according to your 23 rules that are here in the forum whats forbidden is Selling items, gold, silk for real money.
while my global literally points that someone else is buying accounts but since hes from destinity of course im the one banned right??

You cannot talk about illegal activities in game. If you have proof of account buying selling, you must record video or send an unedited screenshot from the game and we will take action on that player too. Everyone gets the same treatment.

20. No posting of illegal images/video or any type of talk or accusations of account buying/selling or gold/items, buying selling for real money or use of illegal tools in global messages or in any other way in-game. If you have proof of such things, report at the forums.
