question about ping

Hello! I send new post 3 times in forum and don't have any awnser...
My ping on the server is very high.
Can I use ping reducer to play origin
Example: Noping Tunnel, Exit Lag, Ping Zapper among others?

Those tools are not forbidden as long as they don't change your original IP.
