So I bought an E-PIN and have confirmation of confirmed payment from CoinPayments.net
on the e-pin website it says pending payment? What do I do?

Payments via crypto are subject to blockchain confirmations. Bitcoin is the slower of all available options. We suggest to use TRX, XRP (Ripple), or Litecoin for faster processing times.
