Banned until 27 February 2023

Tried to log into the game today and just noticed that I was banned a few minutes ago. Not sure what triggered the ban as I had received several warnings in the past regarding icue.exe which comes with CORSAIR to controls my case lightning and I mainly use for the RGB settings. I then just used to kill the task and start the game which always used to work fine.

Today however I received the message that I was banned for the use of automation tool and genuinely dont understand how that is related.

The use of PC hardware software doesn't automatically ban you. Automation use was detected which is why the account was banned.
