No PIN set-up view

Hi, today I've logged into my older account, and the view where I'm supposed to set PIN for authentication doesn't appear. I can log in, I don't see my chars, I've got ony Create (new char) and Cancel (logout) buttons. Could you check what could it be?

After you login, simply click on the screen and the PIN setup will popup.

Of course I've already tried that and no success but I was running the game in Windowed Mode. When I changed to Fullscreen the "Create PIN" button appeared and I was able to set PIN. Maybe something to check and fix?
