Missed silk after payment

Hi guys,

yesterday i paid for silk, i got an invoice from offgamers, and a confirmation from paymentwalll, but i never got it in the game. I wrote to the paymentwall support, the answer was that they will investigate the case. Does anyone have any idea how long this takes?
