Attendance event 1 week premium - Arena access Bug

Hello,

I just noticed the 1 week premium, from the Halloween attendance event, does not qualify as "Premium" to join the Arena.
I have it active on my character and got a message along the lines of "Need active premium" when trying to join the Arena event.
