View Full Version : Client - 'server undergoing inspection or updates' while game is live

I started the client up 2 hours ago and the game opened correctly, and I was able to log onto my character for about 2 minutes.
I was disconnected and now the client says server is undergoing updates or inspection message while other players are still online.

I uninstalled and reinstalled a fresh copy of the game client and still have the same message.

Any suggestions on what I can do?

Hello,

You can try adding the Origin Online folder to your antivirus/windows defender exceptions. Also restart your modem and restart your PC to get a fresh start.

Thank you for the response.
I have reset my computer, router, and added Origin to expections list and I am still getting the same error message.

I also trying running the client on another PC and have the same error message.

Try with another internet connection, maybe your ISP is blocking something.

I was unable to switch internet connections,
but I tried running under a different windows compatability mode and it started updating.
Maybe the client is not completely compatable with Windows 11?

It is compatible with Windows 11. Maybe something on your PC broke it.
