Error New Client

[DomPalm]

As you can tell by the photo attached I cannot get this client to start. I noticed I installed the client on my other 64-bit computers with the previous game client/files still installed and I did not require to download dx or vc as it downloaded and installed fine. On this computer however, I deleted the files/uninstalled the old version and downloaded the new one and this is the errors I am getting. Also as you can see I downloaded and installed and restarted the dx and vc as you advised still have this error.

Please assist in this manner.
