Can't Start The Game

I've downloaded the new client by mistake and after installation when I click on "launcher.exe" it gives me a msg of "Server is undergoing update and so .." while it says "STATUS=ONLINE" on the website. So I uninstalled the game and downloaded the other supposably right link.
When I installed it the same exact msg comes up and nothing happens when the launcher interface shows
I have no idea what to do now to start the game.

Hello,

Delete the game completely, restart your PC, install the correct version and try again. The launcher may take a couple of tries to connect and update the game.
