Which game client to download?

Hello I am new to this game and I have a question about the client download. On the download section there are two new files called "NEW! - Usable Only after October 8, 2022 Update" What is the difference to the original client? I see the new one has a more recent version.

They are the same file, just hosted on different servers. One is in Mega.nz and the other is in Mediafire.com

Version 2.123 is to be used after the update on October 8.

I mean what is the difference between the file called "Mirror #1: Mega" and the file called "NEW! - Usable Only after October 8, 2022 Update". Both of them are mega downloads.

Also, in the forum when I try to click on my profile I get a message saying
