my Accounts Disappeared

Excuse me Guys,
I was playing Today and everything works very well.
I work as a Remotely IT " Most of my tasks done by Team Viewer & Any Desk " so I got a task to be done so as usual I just turn on TeamViewer then suddenly I got a message on Silkroad, to be, honest I didn't read it, I thought it just disconnect, So I press okay and the game turned off, then I did the task which I was working on, then restart my laptop.
- Since then I try a billion times to log in I write the ID & Password and hit " Connect " and at the " CHARACTER SELECT " nothing I can't find my characters.
- I google and find that Origin treats programs like TeamViewer as " " but I really don't know this.
- So now please how can I get my accounts back? and why I can't see any Characters please help me, guys.
- at the official site when I Login in I see the Characters still exists but at the game, I can't see them.

Your characters are not gone. You just need to setup your account PIN. Click the screen and create a PIN to access your characters.
