Error when adding Snow shield skill

Hey folks, I created a full int spear nuker but I cannot add the snow shield skill.

I get an error saying " You must atleast have an INT value of [175] to be able to enable Snow shield."

But when I was lvl 22, I got an error saying I needed 125 INT value, it keeps increasing.

What can I do to solve this problem? Or is this a rule and it will ever stop increasing how much I need? Because I am full int

you need to level up bro till u get ur int points to 175 as the msg said in the first photo
