Sos D8 at 80+ mobs

Hey , i think you should fix the D8 sos Drops at 80+ mobs , its so useless to get sos D8 Drops at antinokes . When u Finally get an sos After Hours of Farming and then its D8 you just think , **** You Origin LUL . Im not farming at 80+ mobs to get D8 sos ...
i wont Farm anymore its so useless and Timewasting.

pls fix it and just let d9 sox drop from 80+ mobs

I think the way it works is that if the item's last tier+5 is higher than the mob level, you can still get sos. By that logic, a 8D sos weapons should drop as high as 72+5 = 77. some = 72+10 = 82 and sun = 87 (though 9D sos is going to be far more common than 8D sun).

I remember seeing something along those lines somewhere but don't know how much truth there is to it.

Perhaps GMs can confirm.

This is the reason I start to farm at lvl 76-80 Mobs. I dont want another set of dagger DG 8 ... I allready droped them 2 times at antinokes.

Would be great though if 80+ mobs were limited to 9D only (and 8D som/sun). It makes sense considering it's nowhere near the base 8D levels of 64-69.

Funny thing though, I did manage to drop 76 sos gloves from 78 shamans so it seems totally random what degree you get and below 80 doesnt mean you only get 8D.

Well I got a Lv 64 SOS EU Shield from Wingtribe Attacker (Lv. 87). In your example it sould be SUN. But it wasn´t.
I was really pis*ed at this moment.
How the fk can Lv 87 Mop drop a Lv 64 Item?
I think it sould be SUN D8 or D9 SOS at least.
Otherwise PPL only farm at lv 80 mops because why sould i pimp my current equip to +9/+10 to farm properly at Lv 85+ Mops when it still drop D8 SOS ?

Yeah sounds like its really broken then. Definitely shouldn't be getting 8D sos that deep into 9D territory.
You're right though, it seems pointless to farm 85/87 wing tribes if they have same drops as 78-80 mobs.

Well Mops lv. 80+ have x2 chance on sos.
So its always recommended to farm at antis or higher.
I hoped that Lv 85+ Mops sould drop d9 SOS / SUN d8 at least.
So I invested a lot to make my items +8/+9 so I can farm at Roc Mt. lower right corner (Wing Triber Chaser + Attacker) Lv 85~87.
After 30 minutes already SoS drop and poof. Lv 64 SoS Shield.
I know I repeat myself but this is just bs.
I think its okay if d8 still drops to keep d9 SoS rare.
But if Monsters are Lv 85 or higher it sould be d9 or SUN d8 at least. Nothing else.
Somehow I can understand why less people go farm.
When I started server the Party Matching and Globalchat was full of requests for anti or attacker pt´s to farm the half day.
Nowadays there are mostly Plvler, Coin-AFK-Farmers (plz do something again them lel) or silk seller.
Hard to find pt for farming.
