Flame Mountain FGW Bug

Hello,

Today I did an FGW run with some friends in Flame Mountain 81-90. We cleared every single mob and an Envy did not spawn in camp 1. We went back through the dungeon to check every single corner but there was no mobs at all. We think it is bugged.

Hello,

It may happen where a mob spawns around corners and you cant see it. It's a rare occurrence and cannot be fixed at the moment.
