Failed to Initialize NetEngine [11,11001]

Hello i just downloaded installer and installed it, i use win 10 pro and when i double click shortcut there a windows appears "Failed to initialize NetEngine error code [(11),(11001)]"

Add the Origin Online folder to your antivirus exception list and reinstall the game from the installer on our website.

Also Make sure you are using a Windows machine, not emulated vmware or similar. Make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date.
